Shipping & Delivery
        We currently use Canada Post/USPS to make sure your order gets to you on time. We do our best to ship items within one business day of payment received. For most               locations in Canada & US, shipping can take between 2 to 8 business days.
        Shipping methods & costs
        There are no shipping costs associated with orders with a total of over CA$100, but there is a flat rate of CA$7 for orders totalling less. You will be able to calculate the                    shipping costs in the check out page before you pay. All orders will be shipped with expedited shipping.
          We keep you informed
           A confirmation email will be sent with all your order details. Once your order has been processed and shipped out of the warehouse, you will receive a shipment                              notification  email with carrier and tracking information. You will be able to track your order in transit by logging in to your account or by checking your tracking number.
Returns & Exchanges
           If you are dissatisfied with an item or received a faulty item, you can request a return through Orders and Returns. For eligible products, you have up to 14 calendar days              from the time you receive your item(s) to initiate a return. We are not responsible for the return shipping cost. Once we receive your item(s), we will process your                        refund or exchange immediately.

           We accept a variety of payment methods through Stripe gateway. This includes MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
